Did you like this movie? I didn't see it. I watched Zoom and Holiday the other evening. Zoom was really enjoyable for pure entertainment value. Holiday was depressing in that it illuminated the futility of the 21st century pursuit of Godless joy through casual relationships At the same time, I was really drawn to the wholesomeness portrayed by the immoral widower. But this is way off the topic of your post. SORRY! :)
I liked All the King's Men. It was well done, very well acted, and was a good story, although one we've become all too familiar with: meteoric political rise followed by compromise, corruption, and failure. One scene makes a fellow uncomfortable, but offers it's own lessons too. Dark, but good.
